The Firm assists clients with respect to registration, deregistration and re-possession of aircrafts from Nigerian operators (in the context of Cape Town Convention), including handling litigation and various regulatory issues before courts and regulatory authorities. We handle, on behalf of several international airlines and industry associations, high-stakes disputes pertaining to employment, commercial contracts, cargo and ground handling, agency contracts, and passenger claims.
